Socials for Salons Membership Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Socials for Salons! These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Parties. By clicking âaccept,â you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions (the âTermsâ) should be read in conjunction with the information provided on the Membership Page (the âMembership Pageâ) of the website and any related Course Information Page. By accepting these Terms, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
1. Parties
You are the Client, and your details are set out on the Membership Page of the website.

Socials for Salons Pty Ltd. Socials for Salons offers marketing and social media support through its membership services to salons and beauty businesses (the âServicesâ). You have engaged Socials for Salons to provide these Services.
2. The Engagement
2.1. Socials for Salons agrees to provide the Services for You, for the Fees, Terms, and access on the Date/s as set out on the Membership Page.
2.2. Socials for Salons will begin providing Services upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and payment of the required Fees.
2.3. The membership Services are provided on a recurring basis as outlined on the Membership Page.
2.4. The Services include access to online resources, monthly content creation classes, and exclusive member-only content.
2.5. Any upgrades to membership level, which include additional features or resources, will be reflected in the Fees.
3. Fees
3.1. You agree to pay Socials for Salons the Fees as set out on the Membership Page. These Fees may be subject to change, and notice will be provided for any future adjustments.
3.2. If you are on a payment plan, you agree that your original method of payment will be directly debited according to the payment schedule outlined.
3.3. Unless otherwise stated, all amounts are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. For international members, GST may not apply.
4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Termination
4.1. You must notify Socials for Salons of an intention to cancel your membership through email at hello@socialsforsalons.com.au.
4.2. 30-Day Refund Policy: Being a digital product and membership service, Socials for Salons does not offer refunds once access to the membership portal has been granted. We encourage you to review the materials and services carefully before purchase. Refunds will not be issued for unused time in the membership or for failure to participate in membership activities.
4.3. Membership fees are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your membership, access will continue until the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining time.
4.4. If you are on a payment plan and wish to terminate early, Socials for Salons reserves the right to collect any outstanding payments. Access to the membership portal will be revoked upon termination.
4.5. If any payment is not made on time, Socials for Salons is entitled to charge interest at the rate of 4.5% per annum, calculated daily.
4.6. In cases of payment defaults, any costs incurred by Socials for Salons for enforcement of payment terms will be recoverable and payable by you.
4.7. Socials for Salons may change the Cancellation Policy at any time, and bookings made before any changes will not be affected.
4.8. Socials for Salons reserves the right to terminate your membership for breach of these Terms, providing 7 daysâ notice via email.
5. Membership Delivery and License Information
5.1. Access to the membership resources and services will be provided through the Socials for Salons online portal (the âMembership Portalâ).
5.2. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, non-transferable license to access and use the membership materials for your business or personal use.
5.3. Sharing your login credentials, membership materials, or resources with non-members is strictly prohibited.
6. Warranty
6.1. Socials for Salons will make every effort to help you achieve the desired results through its Services; however, no warranty is given that the Services will meet your specific expectations or that all members will achieve the same results.
6.2. The Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If major failures occur, you may be entitled to cancel the Services and request a refund for the unused portion.
7. Disclaimer
7.1. You are solely responsible for the decisions, actions, and results that arise from the Services provided. Socials for Salons is not liable for any actions or inaction affecting your business as a result of the Services.
7.2. You agree to actively participate, be open to feedback, and engage with the resources provided to fully benefit from the membership.
8. Liability and Waivers
8.1. Socials for Salonsâ total liability arising out of the Services or these Terms, however arising, is limited to the total amount paid by the Client under this Agreement.
8.2. A waiver of any right under these Terms must be in writing and signed by the Party granting it. Any delay or failure to enforce rights does not constitute a waiver.
9. Confidentiality
9.1. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the membership.
9.2. Socials for Salons will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Copyright and Intellectual Property
10.1. All content, materials, and resources provided under this membership remain the intellectual property of Socials for Salons. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for the purposes agreed upon at the time of purchase.
10.2. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of the materials is strictly prohibited.
11. Force Majeure
11.1. Socials for Salons is not liable for any interruptions or failure to perform Services due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve it in good faith.
12.2. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation in Queensland, with both parties sharing the mediation costs.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any legal proceedings will be held in the courts of Queensland.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Membership Page and any supplementary materials, constitute the entire Agreement between you and Socials for Salons. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
